It is due to time-led clear strategic vision, outstanding leadership qualities, excellent administrative competence, better institutional linkages, the exceptional caliber with academic credibility, strong management skills, high professional competence, excellent senior-level experience, vast national & international exposure, resource generating competence, high skills of communication & presentation and strong self-dependent decision-making ability with values, personality characteristics, integrity, and moral stature.

Also contributed substantially to vocational education and value education through various academic assignments.
Authored 41 books, 110 Booklets, published 695 Technical articles, edited 378 Volumes of Magazines, visited 62 countries, developed 3 crop varieties and various Ayurvedic formulations of Drugs for the Health sector, received 7 National and International Awards and presently holding membership of National International professional Societies.
President - Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt
Our President, Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, has been a driving force behind our welfare activities since the inception of the NGO – INTILEO Welfare Foundation in 2015 in India. A scientist and digital technology engineer by profession, Mr. Bhatt is an altruist at heart and a true ambassador of benevolence. He has dedicated his life to giving back to society and redefining social work by adopting a critical and holistic approach to understanding and addressing social issues.
Under Mr. Bhatt’s leadership, the NGO has undertaken numerous projects, including Digital Education, Health, Hope for the Future, Women Empowerment, Environment Conservation and Protection, Rural Development, and Rural Education Mission. He firmly believes that empowerment creates power in individuals, society, and communities, with women’s empowerment being a crucial element in society’s overall development.
As a visionary, Mr. Bhatt pioneered the integration of digital learning experiences in school education. His forward-thinking mindset led him to venture into educational technology long before it became mainstream. This commitment to educational and technological advancements has helped INTnites reach new heights of excellence.
Mr. Bhatt completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and holds certifications as an API510 (Pressure Vessels Inspector), API570 (Piping Inspector), and API653 (Tank Inspector) from the American Petroleum Institute, USA. With extensive experience in higher scientific circles both in Australia and abroad, he continues to inspire his students and colleagues to strive for excellence, living by the motto ‘Excelsior.’

Mrs. Pooja Bhatt, our Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned financial strategist with over 10 years of experience in managing the financial health of organizations. She holds experience in Finance and is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation of our projects. Her keen financial acumen and sound decision-making skills ensure the financial stability and sustainability of our organization.
Director of Innovation - Ms. Natsuko Kobayahi
Ms. Natsuko Kobayashi, our Director of Innovation, is a technology enthusiast with a background in software engineering and management. With a Master’s degree, she leads our efforts in exploring cutting-edge technologies and incorporating them into our projects. Her forward-thinking approach helps us stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions that have a lasting impact on society.
Community Outreach Manager - Mr. Brian Johnson
Mr. Brian Johnson, our Community Outreach Manager, is an experienced social worker with a deep understanding of community engagement and social development. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is responsible for building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
